Website & Product Disclaimer
1. Who we are
Cliont (“Cliont,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software used by law firms and legal professionals to collect intake information, run case‑assessment questionnaires, and receive uploaded content (including audio, video, and documents). Cliont is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
2. No legal advice; no attorney‑client relationship
Content on cliont.com and any outputs generated by Cliont’s tools (e.g., scores, flags, routing suggestions) are for informational/administrative purposes only and are not legal advice. Using Cliont does not create an attorney‑client relationship with Cliont or any law firm. An attorney‑client relationship forms only if and when a law firm independently engages you under its procedures and terms.
3. Law‑firm responsibility
Law firms are solely responsible for complying with professional‑responsibility rules, advertising/solicitation rules, conflicts checks, jurisdictional requirements, engagement procedures, and recordkeeping. Cliont is not responsible for the accuracy of information users submit.
4. Recording & consent
If you capture voice or video through Cliont, you must comply with applicable recording‑consent laws (some states require all‑party consent). Configure and use recording features only where legally permitted and after obtaining all required consents.
5. Sensitive or regulated data
Users may submit sensitive information (e.g., health‑related details, precise location, financial, or biometric elements that could be inferred from audio/video). Cliont processes such information under the direction of the applicable law‑firm customer. Additional consumer‑privacy and biometric/health‑data rules may apply; see our Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, Data Storage, Security & Retention Policy, and Anti‑Spam & Communications Policy for details, including state opt‑out signals we honor. We publish a biometric retention schedule if biometric identifiers are used. Key legal references for these requirements are cited in the relevant policies (e.g., GPC under California law; UOOM under Colorado law; Illinois BIPA retention).
6. No warranties; limitation of liability
The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. See our Terms of Use for limitations of liability and dispute resolution.
